This series of products adopts a single-frame core structure, with the primary and high-voltage windings coaxially wound on the core, thereby reducing leakage flux and increasing the coupling between the windings. It is suitable for power systems and power users to test the insulation performance of various high-voltage electrical equipment on-site, and is an essential testing instrument for power equipment testing and preventive testing.
In addition to AC power frequency withstand voltage testing, the high-voltage test transformer can also be assembled into a DC high-voltage test device by adding capacitors, silicon rectifiers, and a high-voltage DC microammeter of the same voltage level and capacity, allowing for the measurement of high-voltage DC leakage current.

1. Our factory's single test transformer can achieve an AC voltage of 300kV and a capacity of 300kVA;
2. If required by the user, our test transformers can be cascaded using the 200V tap to achieve high voltages of 100kV, 150kV, 200kV, and 300kV by connecting two or three units in series. Medium voltage taps of 5-15kV can also be provided in the high-voltage winding for AC withstand voltage testing of high-voltage motors;
3. The "DC High Voltage Output" column in the table shows the DC high voltage output value of the AC/DC dual-purpose test transformer;
4. Our factory can also customize various special specifications of test transformers according to user requirements.

Operating Procedures

1. Connect the wires according to the wiring diagram, and ensure that the transformer and control box are reliably grounded;

2. Before the test, check that all connections are secure and that the voltage regulator on the control box is set to the "zero" position;

3. Turn on the power supply. The green indicator light will illuminate. Press the start button, and the red indicator light will illuminate, indicating that the transformer is powered on and ready for voltage increase;

4. Rotate the voltage regulator handle clockwise at a constant speed to increase the voltage, and closely monitor the instrument readings and the condition of the test sample;

5. After the test is completed, quickly reduce the voltage to zero, press the stop button, then disconnect the power supply and remove the test leads.
