The testing machine is used to measure the compressive strength of building materials such as brick, stone and concrete.
This testing machine employs electric-hydraulic loading, force measurement through sensors, computerized operation, and printer printing of force value data with strength conversion. Compliant with China's national standard "Code for Testing Mechanical Properties of Ordinary Concrete", it features manual load control speed adjustment, load rate indicator, peak hold function, and overload protection. Structure Overview
The test machine is mainly composed of three parts: body, hydraulic control box and force measurement software.
1. The test machine frame consists of four vertical columns connecting the cylinder body to the upper beam. The upper crossbeam features an adjustable screw rod, large handwheel, and nut screw rod for regulating the machine's no-load height. A ball seat with upper pressure plate is installed at the screw rod's lower end. The lower pressure plate is positioned on the hydraulic cylinder's piston. When the test specimen contacts the upper pressure plate, its ball seat automatically adjusts to maintain horizontal alignment. The lower pressure plate has engraved positioning lines for specimen alignment during testing. A dustproof cover prevents or minimizes dust ingress during piston movement, protecting the cylinder body and oil seals. A sealing device between piston and cylinder prevents oil leakage, though minor leaks may occur. A ring-shaped oil groove at the cylinder's top features a drainage channel that returns oil to the main reservoir.

Installation of the testing machine
1. When lifting the test machine, the lifting wire is inserted into the lifting ring screw at the top of the wire rod.
2. The testing machine is installed on a stable foundation about 20 cm above the ground. Two M16 foot bolts should be embedded in advance. The size is shown in the foundation diagram.
3. When installing the testing machine, use a 1/1000 frame level to measure the plane of the lower pressure plate, so that the lower pressure plate is in a horizontal state. If not horizontal, adjust with spacer blocks (pad iron under the nut of the vertical column) and then fasten the testing machine to the foundation.
Operating steps
1. Add clean 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil to the tank at the filling port to the liquid level height shown in Figure 2.
2. Connect the power supply and start the motor (380V 50HZ). 3. Position the test specimen and adjust the lead screw height to leave 1-2mm clearance between the specimen and the upper pressure plate.

Maintenance
1. The testing machine is installed in a clean, dry, uniform temperature, no vibration, no corrosion gas affected environment.
2. The testing machine should be kept clean, and the parts of the testing machine without protective layer should be frequently oiled to prevent corrosion.
3. Use 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil.
4. The piston of the testing machine shall not rise more than 30MM, and the limit scale shall be installed on the operating box of the testing machine.
Operating instructions
1 Connect the power supply and turn on the switches of the testing machine, control instrument, and computer. Check whether the testing machine is working properly.
2. Select the test items for the specimen and position it in the bending (or compression) state as required. 3. Click the "Start" button in the lower-right corner of the computer screen to initiate the test. Once running, the test machine's piston will begin lifting. Click the "Reset" button on the load display bar to clear the load.
4. If any special circumstances occur during the test, immediately click the "Stop" button in the lower right corner of the display or turn off the power button of the testing machine. Wait for the valve port to reset before resuming normal operation.
5. After the specimen is destroyed, the testing machine will automatically stop, the valve will automatically reset, the data will be recorded, the equipment usage record will be filled in, the power will be turned off, and the cleaning work will be done.
