It can meet the requirements of various domestic related industries' design, research and construction departments for concrete rapid freeze-thaw resistance test equipment.

This device is applicable to the concrete frost resistance test where dynamic elastic modulus, weight loss and relative durability index are used as evaluation indicators. The professional rapid freeze-thaw test aims to determine the freeze-thaw resistance grade of concrete by measuring its resistance under the repeated action of water and negative temperature. This equipment adopts the water freeze-thaw method. Standard concrete specimens are placed in rubber buckets and soaked in water. Then, the rubber buckets containing the specimens and water are arranged in the test chamber. A coolant is used as the circulating medium to periodically freeze and thaw the water layer around the specimens. The freeze-thaw equipment box is made of high-grade stainless steel materials, and the automatic control system is controlled by an industrial computer, featuring a high degree of automation. The entire device features a compact structure, small floor space, simple installation and operation, convenient maintenance, reliable operation and energy conservation. It is an ideal experimental equipment for the current rapid frost resistance test of concrete.
